I create art because I have to.

In my performance practice, I confront vulnerable stories within the profane, composted, and furtive underbelly of the human condition.

Through my visual art, I explore themes of viscosity, the relationship between voyeur and subject, and the question of permanence.

Across both mediums, I play with the role of failure. I seek to uplift and reframe what has historically been seen as negative by digging for emergent beauty—the kind that comes after letting the flow of life corrupt and transform it.

In my painting, I experiment with temperature as a way to break open the materials, inviting intentional “accidents” that permeate the canvas and, ultimately, the viewer.
